Barry Muhler is our Director of Operations and has been in aviation since 1983. After starting his career in the Marine Corps, Barry has gone on to hold Director of Maintenance, Director of Quality, and Director of Purchasing and Repair positions with several 121 carriers. He’s also overseen the Part 121 Certification and the Part 135 to Part 121 conversion process. Barry holds a B.A. in Economics with minors in Math and Computer Science from Bucknell University. He’s served as an adjunct professor for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and is AS9100 and AS9110 Lead Auditor Qualified.
Greg Ross is our Director of Quality, started his career in 1997 with Delta Airlines. After several years there in Line and Base Maintenance positions, he moved to the support side of the industry, joining InTech Aerospace Services, and later Mexmil Global Services. He has held Manager of Quality and General Manager positions.
Rick Lucas is our Engineering and Manufacturing Manager. Rick has spent 20 years as an Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Manufacturing Manager for companies that include, RTD Manufacturing, Fanuc Robotics, and Keykert USA, as well as starting his own engineering company, before coming to ARR. Rick holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, is a member of ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Morgan Whitehead, our group Vice President of Operations, got his start in aviation in the regional airline world more than 25 years ago, first with Air Midwest Airlines and then American Eagle Airlines. After transitioning to the supply side of the industry, he's held various senior operational and sales management positions at Aircraft Parts International, Standard Aero Alliance, AIRCO Group and Prosper Aviation before joining our sister company, Aviation Inventory Resources.
Usiel Cruz is our Production Manager. He started his Career in 2004 with Expressjet Services until an opportunity presented itself in 2009. He started as a mechanic at Expressjet and within a year he had moved into a management position. In 2009 he moved to Mansfield Texas to become the Production Manager for ARR.
John Wessner is our General Manager. His career spans three decades. His career started in the Military and continued into Commercial Aviation. He has been the Director of Maintenance for numerous airlines, including Continental Express, Great Lakes and Lone Star Airlines. He’s also been on the management team of repair stations such as Texas Air Composites, AvCom and Aero Genesis. He currently resides in Dallas and is the GM of ARR.
Michael Billotto is our Director of Sales & Marketing. Mike spent several years as a Regional Sales Manager for Stor-All storage before finding his calling in Aviation. He went onto become a Global Development Representative for LaserShip where he spent the better part of decade in Transportation Logistics. He currently resides in Dallas as the Director of Sales & Marketing for ARR.
